Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Safely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
